It’s been a long, hard road for the K family; we’ve been trying to get these images for quite a while! We arranged a re-shoot after the first session was a wash-out. And by wash-out, I mean just for the eldest, who went running straight into the ocean, fully clothed!
The second shoot we organised was at Northbridge Baths, which I’d never been to before. Such a cute spot down there! And apparently Burley Griffin was all over it, making sure we twist and turn around the beautiful streets just as we do in Canberra. See – the things I find out doing this job! I would never have found that out otherwise!
I know it’s difficult sometimes to see it, but there’s something about a beautifully dressed child running wildly into the water that just makes my heart sing. And when you’re working with these three children you get a lot of laughs, a lot of fun and a chance to recognise just how hilarious the everyday really is. Thank you so much, K family.
